Intention

I am not here to lead you somewhere you are not ready to go.
I am here to hold a space where you can meet yourself safely.

My intention is to listen —

to the room, to the bodies in it, to what wants to unfold.

To move at the pace of the nervous system, not the pressure of expectation.

I am here to create an atmosphere of permission:
permission to rest.
permission to feel.
permission to move differently.
permission to simply be.

I trust the wisdom of the body more than any method.
And I honor that every person carries their own rhythm, story, and timing.

This work is not about fixing.
It is about remembering.

This work is not about fixing.
It is about remembering.

It is about becoming aware of where we are, and consciously choosing to stay present with our experience.
It is about recognizing our shared humanity and meeting ourselves with honesty and transparency.

We do not have to be perfect.
We are invited to be real.

To meet ourselves with compassion — including our flaws, our patterns, and our tender places.
Through self-understanding, we create the capacity to be more empathetic, more patient, and more connected with others.

Because the more gently we can hold ourselves,
the more gently we can hold the world.
