The Experience

Somatic Temple is a guided journey into the intelligence of the body.
Each session weaves together movement, breath, sound, and stillness to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep embodiment.

This is not about performance or pushing limits.
It is about feeling, sensing, and returning home to the body.

The Elements

Somatic Pilates

Slow, breath-led movement that builds inner awareness rather than outer shape.
We focus on spinal articulation, deep core connection, and sensing from the inside.

Purpose: Grounding, embodiment, safety in the body.

Breathwork

Conscious breathing practises that help release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and create emotional space.

Gentle, guided and aware — always invitational, never forced.

Purpose: Release, emotional processing, nervous system reset.

Room Cleansing

A room cleanse is a gentle ritual to refresh the atmosphere of a space – physically, emotionally and energetically.

Our environments holds impressions: stress from busy days, tension from conversations or simply the heaviness that builds up over time. A cleansing helps create a sense of clarity, calm and renewed presence.

This practice is not about superstition.
It is about intention, attention, and the impact that space has on the nervous system.

Purpose: Release, emotional processing, nervous system reset.

Sound Healing

Singing bowls and subtle soundscapes guide participants into deeper states of relacion and inner awareness.

Sound helps the body soften where the mind cannot.

Purpose: Integration, parasympathetiv activation, inner stillness. Opening the Blocked Chakras.

Vipassana Meditation & Integration

Meditations help participants land, observe sensations, and integrate what moved during the journey.

In these sessions, we practice silent observation of the breath, body sensations, and inner states — without trying to change anything and without striving for a specific experience.

Vipassana strengthens the ability to stay present, even when things feel uncomfortable.
It supports emotional regulation, self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of personal reaction patterns.

This practice is offered in a secular, body-oriented context — as an invitation to meet what is already here.

Purpose: Sit with yourself, Listen, Relax.
